  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please request an exchange when contacting us. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
